Warning:
if you'r afraid of splurts of hot oil and soup, &
you'r plain lazy to serve others or
you wanna to served by others...

the first advice to follow is to...



1. sit as far as possible away from the pan and pot equipment like my sis and bro ha!











at one look, you will know this dearie sister of mine is a frail gentle looking person that hates oily and dirty stuff so it is no way for her to get near the cooking pan haha@










at first glance, you will agree with me that this cheeky fellow here is just plain lazy!!!! he likes to be served like an emperor haha@









BBBut if you actually like making ur own food (less oily and butterish) &
like serving overcooked food to others haha:P and leaving the best for yourself
what i call top Quality Control :)

2. sit near it like me and my mum :)

I am graduating i dun care he must take haha@







okay after sitting near it, you must....























3. Beware of mischevious hands that spills soup on the tepayaki pan (by my observations, they are usually guys like my bro and dad .. cos they r hungry impatient pigs ha...)












4. always spread just enuff butter for every new batch of food to avoid stickiness

















5. Open eyes Big Big anf flip every now and then to ensure thorough cooking of both sides

















6. always take orders before cooking before you over estimate their eating abilities as no one wants cold food ha!

















7. as for prawns, rem to hold the sides of it against the pan, the prawns will be in good colour and texture haha :)


a piece of advice for prawns' lovers: one day only can eat 5 to 7 medium prawns !
and for those who hate to remove their shells yourselves, find urself a lover or a "god-someone like bro, mum, sis etc" to do it for u haha@ but i would still prefer to do it myself :) licking my fingers after shelling them :)

















8. last by not least, i always think that when u r enjoying what u are cooking, the food will just taste good :0 so cook with ur heart :)











9. no most importantly, when cooking, is best there is a fan around to cool u off :0

but come to think of it, is so boring to eat steamboat liao for CNY.. maybe i should suggest shark fin's soup or fonduee... oh, i beginning to hear CNY songs and feel the mood :0

I realize is so good to have family and friens around us in this happy occasion :)

IS reali peaceful and harmonious :) Like it and of course my hangbao :)haha@
